NORTH IRELAND
On 15th April at 6:30am we met with all the people who would travel to Northern Ireland with Paddywagon tour.
When we had already come all, we started out journey to Belfast, as the first stop. Of course, making small stops to rest and eat something.
Already in Belfast, we were able to visit quickly the city and then we went to the Titanic Museum.
That museum it was amazing, entertaining and interactive. We spent about two hours in there laughing and learning the history of the Titanic.
After a long day travelling and sightseeing Belfast we went to sleep at a hostel in Belfast conveniently located but a little dirty, where we had our dinner in the bedroom and watched a film with our roommates.
At the morning on 16th April we got up quiet early to take a shower and had a breakfast, because we had to be ready at 9am.
At 9am we’re going to Ballycastle to visit the Carrick-a-red rope bridge, which it costs 8 euros.
The landscapes were impressive and the day was fabulous. We could do many great photographs. The only downside was that the bridge is smaller than we imagined.
After Ballycastle we’re going to Giant’s Causeway where we had our lunch and we did a walking tour with lovely views.
Finally we went to Derry where a guide explained us the meaning of the painted murals in different city walls. And we slept in a fantastic hostel in Derry that seemed a host family with a nice staff, after had our dinner in a restaurant of the city.
On 17th April at 8am the bus driver picked up us and we started the path to come back Cork, doing a few stops to eat and stretch.
The journey was funny and the people we met very kind.
